Information I will collect will usually involve your basic details such as name, postal address, telephone number, e mail address and payment details.

I will collect personal information and gain your consent for the mailing list products, feedback, competitions and public groups that you can be part of.

I will collect your information in a variety of ways. You may provide it directly to me. When you sign up for the mailing list or other free product. When you give permission to another organisation to share with me.

All the personal information I process is processed within the EEA. However for the purposes of IT hosting and maintenance your information may be situated outside of the European Economic Area (EEA). This will be done in accordance with guidance issued by the Information Commissioner’s Office.

If you would like to change the way you hear from me or no longer wish to receive direct marketing communications from me then please email me or click the ‘unsubscribe’ link in your emails.

I will not share your information with any other organisation or individual unless I am obliged to by law.

I will retain your information for as long as necessary for each reason that I use it.
